Tennis, darts & cue sports
One competitor’s form drives these sports, so the written rules of a market matter more than the headline price. The section considers how the markets are built.
Tennis, darts and snooker form the core, with golf, table tennis, badminton, padel, curling and chess further out. Each-way place terms in golf differ from event to event and operator to operator; the market itself states them.
No statute lists permitted markets in Britain. A licence covers a category such as real events and the operator’s own rules fill in the rest, so differences between operators on the same sport are normal.
